FAQ'S
- Rinse your hair for 3-5 minutes before the 1st shampoo to rinse out any excess proteins.
- Your shampoo and conditioner MUST be free from sodium chloride (salt) and sulphates - these two very common ingredients can strip out the new proteins and reduce the longevity of your treatment. - We recommend using KeraStraight.
- We recommend a weekly mask (5-20 mins) to maximise your hairs health and to leave it looking and feeling gorgeous.
- Always use a heat protection on your hair to reduce damage from heat styling.
- Apply a light oil through the ends of the hair to smooth dry ends out.
1. How long does Kerastraight last?
- Kerastraight can last up to 3-4 months. The less you wash your hair, the longer it will last. Also using the recommended products will prolong your straightening treatment.
2. Will Kerastraight cause any damage to my hair?
- Kerastraight does not cause any damage to your hair, as it only replaces the Keratin your hair is lacking, back to a normal level.
3. How long does a Kerastraight treatment take?
- The timings for a Kerastraight treatment varies from person to person, depending on hair thickness and length, it could take anywhere between 2-4 hours.
4. Can I have my hair coloured the same day as a Kerastraight treatment?
- We recommend not to. You can colour your hair 24 hours after your treatment if required.
5. How often can I have a Kerastraight treatment?
- You can have a Kerastraight treatment every 3 months, if required.
